Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) at the Byesville facility. This role reports to the Value Stream Manager and oversees machine operators, emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Responsibilities include leading Lean Daily Management, coaching staff, and optimizing labor and machine utilization to meet the production plan while communicating effectively across all levels of the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night shift team and Lean Daily Management within your crews.
• Coach team members to identify problems, perform root cause analyses, and implement countermeasures.
• Manage labor, materials, and machine utilization to meet production plans and improve SQDC metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved on your shift.
• Maintain vacation and overtime schedules; communicate across organization.
