Responsibilities include reading Standard Work, performing routine set-ups, and supporting productivity goals. The position offers overtime and a shift differential. Benefits are provided and paid time off is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Good understanding of basic math for counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organization.
• Able to adapt to changing work environment and handle multiple demands calmly.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend production Standard Work, safety procedures, and Maintenance instructions.
• Operate and observe machinery during production.
• Identify acceptable/unacceptable product quality to requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals.
• Monitor and maintain production and scrap rates.
