Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in South Pittsburg, TN to lead production teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coach associates, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

In this role you will partner with maintenance, quality, scheduling, and plant leadership to meet production goals while fostering an engaged, accountable work environment on a non-rotating 10-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using business software applications.
• Ability to work nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Teams: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to production associates; lead shift meetings and communicate goals.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure production goals and quality while optimizing equipment performance and workflows.
• Champion Safety and Quality: Promote safety culture, participate in investigations, ensure conformance to specs and quality systems.
• Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with scheduling, maintenance, quality, and other teams to meet objectives.
