Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor (Construction) to supervise shop staff in a manufacturing setting in Bulls Gap, TN. Responsibilities include planning, assigning work, and ensuring adherence to policies to maximize productivity and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate staffing and production sequences for efficiency. Onsite in Bulls Gap with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Typically requires 5+ years specific manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and terminology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of site-specific organizational function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations with supervisory production staff to monitor and report department performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations for effective plant operation.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability and communication; solve problems to ensure success in the role.
• Provide employee coaching and development and support HR decisions as needed.
• Contribute to improvements in quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale across work areas.
• Monitor department performance measures and report progress to senior leadership.
