Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a production operator for a 12-hour night shift in Round Lake, IL. The role involves set-up, verification, sampling, labeling, and maintaining equipment and material flow in a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will follow GMP practices, perform line clearances, collect samples, and ensure batch integrity while adhering to attendance policies and overtime requirements. Eligible applicants must meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English.
• Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work 12-hour night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product exposure times and document process flow as required.
• Periodically perform all Operator I/II functions.
• Pull required processing samples, document, package and distribute.
• Set up/tear down room and keep production area supplies up to date.
• Perform all line clearances.
• Replace labels on dispensers and troubleshoot dispenser problems.
• Move production carts to +5°C and freezer areas as needed by product specs.
