Job summary

Electrolit Manufacturing USA in Waco, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead production teams and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. NDA required due to handling sensitive information, with a 12-hour night shift (6pm-6:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule at a 24/7 facility.

You will supervise line employees, ensure GMP/HACCP/OSHA compliance, update SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's preferred.
5+ years supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities of production line employees to meet daily production goals.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with GMP/HACCP/OSHA.
Enforce production schedules and adjust resources to meet operational demands.
Review SOPs, deviations, CAPAs and perform roles as directed by management.
Lead daily shift meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, and updates to team members.
Identify training needs and develop cross-training programs for production staff.
Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse to resolve production issues.
Complete shift reports and production documentation timely and accurately.
