Job summary

TemperPack Nevada Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4pm–4am) at our Las Vegas, NV facility. You will supervise production teams, manage materials, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

The role requires at least 3+ years of supervisory experience, familiarity with ERP inventory systems, and strong communication skills in a bilingual setting (English/Spanish preferred). Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature extremes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years' experience with inventory ERP systems preferred.
• High School or GED.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be trained in powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage human and material resources to meet production goals.
• Lead FA's for repetitive issues.
• Be responsible for productivity expectations.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor headcounts for optimal production output.
• Manage the safety and cleanliness of the production area.
• Delegate cleaning responsibilities to hourly workers.
• Ensure PPE is worn by all workers in area of responsibility.
• Coach unsafe behaviors of production workers.
• Ensure the quality of manufactured products.
• Monitor production lines for conformance to customer specs.
• Coach production workers on food-safe production and GMP adherence.
