Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4pm–4am) to lead production and ensure on-time delivery. You will manage personnel, coordinate materials, and uphold safety, quality, and GMP standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication skills. This role is on-site in Las Vegas, NV and requires lifting and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 1-3 years experience with inventory ERP systems.
• HS/GED required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production on 2nd shift (4pm-4am).
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate materials, staffing, and line performance.
• Prepare production reports and monitor headcount.
• Coach workers on GMP and food-safe production.
