Job summary

TemperPack Nevada Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4pm–4am) at our Las Vegas, NV facility. You will oversee production lines, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP adherence in a fast-paced packaging operation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervisory experience, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong English/Spanish communication. Lifting up to 50 pounds and long hours on your feet are required.

• Manage human and material resources to meet production goals.
• Lead FA’s for repetitive issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor headcounts for optimal production output.

• Coach production workers on food safety and GMP adherence.
