Job summary

Web Industries, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Production Manufacturing Supervisor for a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am) on a 2/2/3 rotation.

You will supervise daily production activities, enforce safety policies, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. You will lead and develop a team, coordinate staffing with management, and drive continuous improvement through kaizen and 6S efforts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others.
• PC Skills - Microsoft Office, ERP systems, eQMS.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Flexibility to work different schedules to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Verify quality checks and ensure quality product.
• Maintain schedule and meet production targets with proper staffing.
• Identify and reduce waste and monitor process yields.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of production personnel.
• Coordinate staffing levels with management for kaizen/6S needs.
