Job summary

ITW Medical, a division of ITW, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead 12‑hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am. You will supervise Lead Operators, drive safety and quality, and coordinate with HR and Engineering to meet production plans.

Strong ERP and ISO knowledge are essential, with a focus on continuous improvement and frontline coaching. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data recording.
• Understanding of ISO standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lead Operators and Operators, drive safety, quality and production goals.
• Lead front-to-back initiatives to drive cost savings.
• Monitor hourly attainment, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap and productivity metrics.
• Define standard practices with Operations Manager to minimize scrap and rework.
• Oversee shift safety, staffing, attendance, and performance coaching.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations for performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality requirements; support investigations and audits.
