Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of supervised employees on the plant floor or in the warehouse.
• Reviews production schedule to ensure resources and materials are available for shift operations.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities to meet production and quality goals.
• Inspects and directs production processes to ensure proper handling of products and equipment.
• Assigns workers to duties based on knowledge of methods, processes, machines, and equipment.
• Ensures housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Responsible for welfare and safety of supervised employees.
• Develops and implements training programs for plant and department.
