Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Night Shift - Manufacturing Supervisor to direct production activities and ensure schedules, costs, and quality targets are met.

You will lead a team, supervise two or more hourly employees, and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to optimize daily performance and minimize downtime, while enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and monitor production to meet schedules and quality standards.
