Job summary

Graham Packaging, a leader in sustainable packaging manufacturing, seeks a Production Supervisor for the night shift (6pm–6:30am). You will supervise hourly workers and oversee safety, quality, and performance on the shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork to drive CQI and plant productivity while maintaining a safe work environment and delivering reliable results.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacture.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies; manage training and performance on shift.
• Manage shift paperwork, time records, and labor utilization for the shift.
• Oversee machine utilization and recommend changes to improve efficiency and costs.
• Support plant manager in evaluating operations and staffing changes.
