Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm - 6am) at our Pennsauken, NJ site. The role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the manufacturing plant, collaborating with production and quality teams to maintain continuous operation.

The position requires strong electrical, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting skills, blueprint reading, and experience with sanitary systems or GMP environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting and PLC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for continuous operation.
• Wire motors, change sensors, transmitters, solenoid valves, switches, and pressure sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects efficiently.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Fabricate components, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Execute and complete Preventative Maintenance (PM) work without production interruption.
• Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions and work order management.
