Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm–6am) on a fully onsite role in Pennsauken, NJ. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, wire components, troubleshoot PLCs, and support engineering projects while ensuring continuous plant operations.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (food/beverage/pharma/chemical ops).
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting and PLC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for continuous operation.
• Wire motors, change sensors, transmitters, solenoid valves, switches, and pressure sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects efficiently.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Fabricate components, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Execute and complete PM work without production interruption.
• Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions and work order management.
