Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm - 6am) in Pennsauken, NJ. The role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous plant operation.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams, wire motors and sensors, and support engineering projects while working on sanitary systems and GMP-adjacent environments. This contract-to-hire role offers onsite work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance expertise.
• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting and PLC programming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for continuous operation.
• Wire motors, sensors, valves, switches, and pressure sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects efficiently.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Fabricate components, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM) without production interruption.
• Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions and work order management.
