Job summary

Aerotek in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm–6am) to perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant. You will collaborate with production and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly and execute timely repairs.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in manufacturing, strong electrical and pneumatic skills, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in manufacturing/production.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics.
• Experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting and PLC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for continuous operation.
• Wire motors, change sensors, transmitters, solenoid valves, switches, and pressure sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects efficiently.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Fabricate components, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Execute and complete Preventative Maintenance (PM) work without production interruption.
• Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions and work order management.
