The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, along with comprehensive employee benefits including stock ownership and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in metals or heavy industry.
• Prior leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and inspection criteria.
