In this critical role, you will oversee the safety and efficiency of production during overnight hours, ensuring high-quality outputs while supporting your team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, along with comprehensive employee benefits including stock ownership and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in metals or heavy industry.
• Prior leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and inspection criteria.
