Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled IT services leader to optimize our vendor-driven service delivery. You will guide governance, supplier onboarding, and project orchestration across regional/global teams to ensure secure, compliant software configurations and investments align with company policy.

You will collaborate with management, manage requisitions and payments, and lead initiatives that improve service performance while mitigating risks in a dynamic global IT environment.

Formación

• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to lead complex IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills and governance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize services to meet business demands and implement service operations strategy.
• Plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives.
• Advise on actions to optimize investments, benefits and risk mitigation.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors; establish and run vendor governance.
• Collaborate with management on requisitions, POs, invoices and payments.
• Configure software components aligned with security policy and governance; ensure compliant development standards.
