Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a night-shift operator/maintainer to run and care for assigned equipment using autonomous maintenance standards. You will monitor safety and quality, perform routine maintenance, and report equipment losses for continuous improvement.

Looking for a detail-oriented team player with basic math, reading, and communication skills. Forklift experience is a plus; prior manufacturing or food production exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing, fluency in English as appropriate to the site.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance (AM).
• Use AM/PM standards to improve line/system performance and ensure safety and quality processes.
• Understand losses in area/equipment and report them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
