Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the electrical department in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will oversee staff, optimize processes, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of materials, with collaboration across procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of proven experience managing an electrical department within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical, with knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control principles.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure production output meets quality standards and customer specifications on drawings.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and control inventory of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery for smooth operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and timelines.
