Qualifications

• Mechatronic Engineer degree required.
• Experience with automation and digital manufacturing transformation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Develops, aligns and executes site roadmaps for Automation upgrades and Digital Manufacturing Transformation.
• Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and utilize new automation and digital solutions.
• Executes project management responsibilities for Capital projects as part of Automation and Digital Manufacturing Transformation.
• Owns benefits and savings tracking among project progression.
• Manages day-to-day site automation within the cluster and ensures cyber security per MINT standards.
• Coordinates with regional leads and plant champions to develop capabilities in cybersecurity and automation.
