Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing – Nights in West Greenwich, Rhode Island to operate Manufacturing Services on the night shift (7PM–7AM). The role includes leading processes, drafting and revising SOPs, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP and SOPs.

You will troubleshoot equipment, review documentation, and may own area deviations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Amgen offers a strong benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or an Associate’s with 6 months experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with washers and autoclaves is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory knowledge, and basic statistical methods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and review documents such as Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs.
• D diagnose basic equipment issues and assist in documentation reviews; may own deviations.
• Participate in LEAN activities and cross-functional teams; support SOP revisions and CIP/SIP processes.
