Job summary

Amgen seeks a dedicated Associate Manufacturing professional to join our Rhode Island facility, working 12-hour shifts (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule. The role requires GMP knowledge, batch record handling, and strict adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or an Associate degree with manufacturing experience, plus knowledge of DeltaV and analytical methods.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and ability to apply it in manufacturing contexts.
• Experience with document control, SOPs, and batch records.
• Familiarity with CFR regulations and quality systems.
• Ability to work with single-use systems and large-scale biotech ops.
• Strong technical writing and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Batching and transfer of Buffers and Media per SOPs.
• Follow critical processes, perform validations, and draft documents.
• Review documentation for assigned functions and troubleshoot issues.
• Initiate deviations and revise SOPs; support LEAN initiatives.
• Identify improvements to routine manufacturing functions.
