Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running high‑tempo shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team, guide others, and ensure duties are completed with a focus on safety and quality.

You will oversee inventory, ensure timely service, and maintain financial accountability while delivering a positive customer experience. Night/overnight hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Able to work night/overnight hours.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding the team and ensuring duties are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
