Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shift by guiding the team, ensuring standards, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient operation. You will take ownership of nightly duties and work closely with the management team to uphold brand expectations.

The role requires night/overnight availability, 18+ years old, and the ability to motivate staff while handling basic math, inventory, and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding the team and ensuring brand standards.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability on shift.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Coordinate with management to meet Charter Foods standards.
