Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team, oversee duties, manage inventory and financial accountability, and ensure safe, quality food delivery to customers.

You will guide others with a friendly demeanor, work the night shift, and help maintain a safe environment for employees and guests. 18+ required; opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Night/overnight availability.
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Basic computer literacy.
Reliable transportation.
Basic business math and accounting skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate the team.
Stand/walk for 80% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
