Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts and meeting brand standards. You will take ownership to lead the shift, guide others, and ensure team members complete duties efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires night/overnight availability, 18+ years old, basic math and computer skills, and willingness to supervise the team for excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by directing the team and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability for the shift.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
