Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our restaurant shifts and maintain Charter Foods standards. You will supervise team members, ensure timely, safe, and quality food service, and support inventory and cash handling tasks.

Night/overnight availability is required. The ideal candidate will have strong basic math skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to motivate the crew while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Night/overnight availability.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting basics.
• Ability to supervise & motivate a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise team while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure safe, clean, and quality food delivery.
• Assist with inventory management and cash handling tasks.
• Uphold brand standards and policies; train new team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues on shift.
