Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts that meet brand standards. You will lead the team, guide others, and ensure duties are completed while maintaining safety and quality.

You will help manage inventory and financial accountability, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction on a nightly and late-evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills are expected.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and manage team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and financial accountability during shifts.
• Guide and support team members to perform duties.
