Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the late shift and uphold Charter Foods standards. You will guide the team, manage inventory, and ensure safe, quality food for customers.

This role requires 18+ age, night availability, basic math and computer literacy, and strong teamwork. A high school diploma is preferred. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help deliver great service with a smile.

Qualifications

• Night/overnight availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities
