You will lead your shift by guiding the team, ensuring duties are completed, and maintaining safe, efficient operations while delivering quality food and experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work
• Basic computer literacy required
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Willingness to work night/overnight hours
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and manage the team to meet Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory and maintain financial accountability during your shift.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers and deliver quality food promptly.
