Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Wisconsin plant, to support the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems. You’ll troubleshoot and repair equipment in a climate-controlled shop, focusing on reliability and process improvements on a rotating night schedule (7pm–7am) with every other weekend off.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, predictive techniques, and operating in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.
• Vocational certificate in Mechatronics.
• 2 year technical degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation.
• Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt; troubleshoot controls including motors and PLCs.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators.
• Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment.
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs.
• Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection.
