Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant systems across facilities, unloading, processing, packing and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a climate-controlled shop and help improve reliability.

This night shift role runs 7pm–7am on a rotating weekly schedule with every other weekend off, starting pay $36.38/hr and up to $43.47/hr, plus strong benefits and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Vocational certificate in Mechatronics.
• 2 year technical degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation.
• Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators.
• Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment.
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs.
• Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection.
