Job summary
Nestlé USA is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, performing preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment. You will work with experienced technicians to resolve issues, enhance safety, and contribute to production efficiency on the plant floor.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or technical certificate in industrial maintenance or electromechanical technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Level 1: associate degree or certificate and 1–2 years of experience.
- Level 2: associate degree or certificate and 3–5 years of experience; manufacturing exp. preferred.
- Must pass a respirator fit test.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operators; build technical skills.
- Maintain, optimize, and improve equipment to support safety, quality, and cost goals.
- Create clear technical procedures for production processes.
- Input data into SAP and other digital tools (DMO).
