Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing and warehouse operations.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a climate-controlled shop, contributing to machine reliability and process improvements. This night shift role (7pm-7am) operates on a rotating weekly schedule with every other weekend off, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years’ maintenance in manufacturing/technical environment.
• Vocational certificate in Mechatronics is acceptable.
• Two-year technical degree completed is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation.
• Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators.
• Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment.
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs.
• Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection.
