Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians for the night shift at WAVE. Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment and ensuring availability, quality, and speed across mechanical and electrical subsystems.

Base starting salary is over $73,000 per year, with potential for higher wages for qualified candidates and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, vacation, quarterly profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of PLC programming experience.
Relocation required before starting work.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in compliance with plant codes, policies, and procedures.
Safely utilize machine shop equipment, hand tools, power tools, and precision‑measuring instruments.
Identify root cause issues and take corrective actions independently.
Assist in debugging, repairing, and installing equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Use CMMS system to accurately complete work orders.
Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Actively participate in communication and WAVE culture.
Operate fork trucks, scissor and aerial lifts as needed (training provided).
Perform related duties as assigned or directed.
Lift a maximum of 40 pounds.
Stand 8–10 hours per day at the assigned work area.
