Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a 12 hour rotating night shift. This contract-to-hire role offers starting pay of $34.89/hr with increases to $36.73/hr after full-time hire following probation.

Candidates should be able to troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff, Moller, Allen-Bradley) and read wiring schematics, plus handle servo drives, vision systems, and electrical safety basics.

Qualifications

• Capability to troubleshoot PLC programs such as Siemens, Beckhoff, Moller, and Allen-Bradley.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and interpret electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify electronic components, parts, equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot servo drives and servo motors, vision systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Apply basic mechanical skills including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Understand electricity, safety switches and relays.
• Wire motors and check rotation; work with ASI/Profi Bus; relay logic, PMA controllers, PID controllers, MotoMan robotics; sensors and vision systems.
• Work safely between 0 and 480 volts.
• Understand Ethernet and EtherCAT.
