Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Morgantown, PA to troubleshoot and repair all production equipment, including injection molding, IML automation, assemblies, and support systems. You will service mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical subsystems and complete preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include installation, repair, and PM on equipment, reading schematics, welding, and contributing to continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and welding is beneficial.
• Advanced technical training or applied experience with hydraulics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and program issues.
• Install machines electrical, plumbing and interface with all other systems.
• Develop solutions to reduce downtime and improve machines.
• MIG & TIG welding and fabrication tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics and control diagrams.
