Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Maintenance Night Shift mechanic responsible for daily changeovers, repairs and preventive maintenance of aerosol filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment. You will diagnose issues on production lines and implement fixes to minimize downtime.

The role requires reading electrical schematics and blueprints, understanding Ohm's Law, and using multi-meters and basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Must read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and maintenance documents.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven skills.
• Ability to apply Ohm's Law and read electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, repair and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic valves, cylinders, and VFDs.
• Maintain high-usage parts inventory and follow GMP/FDA guidelines.
• Overtime or Saturday shifts may be needed to meet production demands.
