Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to ensure equipment uptime at our Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility. You will troubleshoot and repair fillers, sewers, pasteurizers, conveyors, and related systems, collaborating with operators and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates bring multi-disciplinary maintenance experience in high-speed production, strong electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and ability to read schematics. Night shifts with a 12-hour schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or related specialization.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar position; experience in field/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in high-speed beverage, bottling, packaging, or canning industries preferred.
• Proficient reading of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other machinery at the facility.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per defined processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and safety compliance.
• Document repairs and communicate with operators and supervisors.
• Attend to safety protocols and provide timely maintenance updates.
