Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our window/door manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and warehouse equipment, diagnose issues, and help minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance, following PM schedules, maintaining logs, and adhering to LOTO/OSHA safety standards while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (window/door manufacturing preferred).
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and basic schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and warehouse equipment including conveyors, welders, cleaners, saws, notch boxes, and end mills.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks including oiling, greasing, lubrication, filter replacements, and inspections.
• Follow PM schedules with accuracy and consistency and maintain maintenance logs.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) and OSHA safety standards.
• Identify and report safety hazards and participate in corrective actions.
