Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Garland, TX is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain plant equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot machinery. The role requires reading manuals, following safety procedures, and coordinating with vendors.

The shift runs 1pm–10pm, with potential weekends for emergencies. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, be bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read and follow operation manuals and instructions.
• Maintain inspection and service schedules for machinery.
• Manage maintenance room inventory and spare parts.
• Complete work orders on time and coordinate with third-party vendors.
