Job summary

Lasko Products, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift (10:48pm–7:18am, Monday–Friday) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in our Texas plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Ideally 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Team player who demonstrates the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Understand and apply safety procedures, quality standards, production goals, and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Perform plumbing and basic carpentry tasks.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment effectively.
• Report abnormal situations to supervision.
