First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Anderson, SC facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operations on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and documenting actions. The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, pneumatic/hydraulic comprehension, and strong teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers).
• Knowledge of product specifications, quality goals, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Observes safety rules and uses proper safety equipment.
• Follows GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
• Repairs mechanical components of equipment as required.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes mechanical and operational issues and takes corrective action.
• Operates machines to test maintenance, changeovers, adjustments, and repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance and lubrication.
• Maintains a clean, orderly work area.
• Documents findings and completes paperwork promptly.
• Trains team members and participates in training seminars.
