Job summary

The role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing industrial machines and systems to keep production running smoothly. Qualified candidates will have 4–5 years of machine maintenance experience with electrical knowledge, the ability to read manuals and diagrams, and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in mechatronics or industrial electronics or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years of machine maintenance experience with electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machines using manufacturers' instructions, specifications, sketches and diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, production machines and pneumatic tools to ensure smooth operation.
• Disassemble machines and replace or realign parts using cranes, hoists, hand tools and jacks.
• Provide lubrication per procedures and maintain cleanliness of machines and components.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and installations on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
