The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Requirements include 4-5 years of machine maintenance experience with electrical knowledge and an associate's degree in mechatronics or industrial electronics.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Machine Maintenance experience with electrical knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, including staff, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturer's instructions, engineering specs, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities.
• Inspect broken or defective machines and parts and recommend repair requirements to the manager.
• Have general understanding of machine and robot automation with mastery in troubleshooting using schematics and deductive reasoning.
• Complete preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, production machines, pneumatic tools, and engines to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks and repair on complex industrial machines.
• Ensure cleanliness of machine and components using tools and solvents.
• Disassemble machines and replace or repair parts using cranes, hoists, and hand tools.
• Replace, fix, or realign machine parts and accessories as per production specs.
• Apply lubricants or other materials as per procedures.
• Learn and comprehend maintenance fundamentals across the maintenance program.
• Perform daily Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
• Learn fundamentals of machine functioning; meet essential functions as described.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance, inspect and fix diverse systems to guarantee proper operation.
• Perform maintenance, installations, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
