Qualifications

Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Proven mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance software.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues affecting safety, quality, and productivity.
Utilize PM, PdM, and CBM techniques to monitor condition and plan maintenance.
Complete work orders and support reliability and process improvement initiatives.
Mentor and share expertise with less-identiﬁed technicians.
