Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related work experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and possess basic maintenance skills.
• Familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC and general maintenance tasks.
• Able to do basic mathematics.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance at regular intervals and document records.
• Maintain plant property and grounds, including storm damage cleanup.
• Assist with pick-ups and deliveries for maintenance team as needed.
• Support boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors and ventilation systems.
• Assist with sanitation needs and general facility maintenance.
